This is Inspiration Sunday, the beginning of our Stewardship Campaign.  May God inspire all of us to attempt greater things for Christ and His Church as we gather at our Lord’s Table.

Pastor will be speaking from Matthew 25:1-10.

The Doug Jablonski Men’s Fellowship will meet tomorrow at 8:30a in the sanctuary for communion.  An egg breakfast will follow in Madden Hall.

Our cookbooks are here, and will be available to pick up/purchase before and after services. (Cost is $10)

The aroma rising up to the office from the kitchen are amazing! Hope you have your tickets for tomorrow night’s roast beef dinner and Dean Shostak concert.

Many thanks to the senior youth for their work days at the Bakely House. There is still a lot of painting, etc. to be done. If you are willing to help, please see the pastor.

Lunch Bunch will travel to the Olive Garden next Wednesday. Meet at the church at 11:30 or at the restaurant (in front of the Hamilton Mall) at noon.

We will once again be helping Sister Jean’s Kitchen by donating turkeys for Thanksgiving dinner. If you would like to donate a frozen turkey please contact Gay Channell at 652-1260.  Turkeys must be brought to our church by Wednesday, November 16!

The third class in the pastors’ study “Seeing Gray - When Faith and Politics Meet” is Sunday at 6:30. The class is on the ethics of Jesus. Join us!

Deacons will be collecting non-perishable food items, laundry detergent, personal hygiene products, and gently used coats and jackets for the Community Food Bank November 6 through the 20. Sorry they no longer accept blankets (bed bug issue). Please see most needed items posted on our table in the vestibule. A big thank you to all the youth groups for carrying items down to the nursery each week. Let’s top our contribution from last year of 1,200 lbs.!

The annual cranberry sales are scheduled for November 13 & 20. There will be plenty of your favorites for sale as well as cranberries you can purchase. Purchases can be made in Madden Hall before each service so please stop by and see us.

Shoeboxes for Operation Shoebox Child are due in the church office first thing November 14! Shoeboxes and their lids should be wrapped. Each shoebox should include $7 for shipping.

CROP Walkers: All money will be deposited next week. Please collect any sponsor money still owed and turn in your envelope by Tuesday.

This Sunday at 3:00 pm we are invited to an organ recital and refreshments at the Mays Landing Presbyterian Church. The church purchased a new organ and would like us at their dedicatory concert. The van will leave at 2:30 if you would like to go. We will return about 5:00.
